Are we the right firm for your U.S. move?
Built for the person who signs off: a manufacturer bringing a product to the U.S., or a U.S. dealer competing with the national players. A few questions about where you are, and you will see, in plain terms, what NovusMarc would do for you, who we would bring in, and what we do not do.

We respect your investment. We recommend the minimum needed to prove market fit and generate revenue, then build for scale toward larger opportunities.
Your goals and investment plans set the pace. You direct, and we say plainly when something is not our work.
Questions people ask first.
Who is behind NovusMarc?+
NovusMarc is led by AJ Marcoz, Managing Director, who advises on every engagement personally. He has spent his career in U.S. commercial sales in building and home products, the channel your product sells through, including board-level HR leadership. We work from Florida and Spain.
Read AJ Marcoz's full background →Who have you worked with?+
Client names stay confidential, and yours will too. On a call we take you through comparable situations from NovusMarc's prior experience, and how we would approach yours.
Are you a consultant, a sales agent or a distributor?+
An advisor that also builds the plan with you and helps staff it. We are not a sales agent or a distributor, and we do not sell for you on commission. Fees are fixed and agreed before work starts. You direct; we advise and build the plan and programs with you, and Loom Haven finds the people. Where you need agents or reps, we introduce people we trust.
Do you open doors to U.S. distributors and retailers?+
We identify the companies and buyers that fit, prepare you to meet them, and introduce you where we know the right person. We do not promise an introduction to any specific retailer or buyer. Relationships open conversations; a listing is earned on the product.
How does the U.S. First Read work, and what do we receive?+
It follows a free 30-minute introductory call and takes 7 to 10 business days. It starts with a one-hour intake call. We then deliver a written report, including a SWOT, followed by a 90-minute call to work through it with you, all within the fixed fee. The report gives you a clear answer (go now, wait, or no), the target market and channels, where to start, and the kind of person who should lead it. Most of the work runs by email.
Is it desk research, or real conversations with the U.S. market?+
The First Read draws on our experience of how the U.S. channel buys, your numbers and the intake call with your team. Where a decision needs voices from the market, such as architects, designers, distributors or fabricators, we scope those conversations as a next step.
Can it identify the entry model and the accounts to target?+
Yes, in two steps. The First Read sets the entry model: target market and region, channels, customer profile and competitive position. A named list of target companies, buyers and contacts for your sales team is separate work, after the First Read.
What comes after the First Read?+
Deeper work, such as a multi-week market assessment or a named target list for your sales team, is earned after the First Read. It is scoped to what you need, runs as Advisory Sessions or the U.S. Advisor, and goes ahead only if we both want to continue.
Can we see an example?+
Yes. The report covers: summary and recommendation (go now, wait, or no); your product and the U.S. buyer: fit, specs and certifications; market view: how the category sells and how you compare; SWOT; target market and region; channels: the route that fits now, and what to leave for later; price: the full cost delivered in the U.S., and whether the margin holds; where to start: the minimum entry to prove market fit; who should lead it; next steps and checkpoints. Client reports stay confidential.
What does it cost?+
Every fee is fixed and quoted before you commit. We share it on the free 30-minute introductory call.
Do you work with U.S. dealers?+
Yes. Regional and independent dealers come to us to grow their contractor business, hold their ground against the national players, modernize in the right order, and hire people who know the industry. For dealers, the work starts with the Dealer Commercial Read, a full-day Advisory Session on site.
Do you work with companies from outside Europe?+
Yes. We work with manufacturers from Latin America, Asia and elsewhere who want to sell in the U.S., as well as with European makers.
Can you help in Europe and Latin America too?+
Yes. We have relationships across Europe and Latin America, and collaboration agreements with go-to-market firms in both. As in the U.S., relationships open conversations; a listing is earned on the product.
How do we work together, and in which languages?+
Primarily in English, with material provided in English and translated into your language. Most of the work runs by email, plus a one-hour intake call at the start and a 90-minute review call once the First Read is delivered. We use technology to translate live calls and materials where needed.
